What do you charge?

My prices are competitive and bespoke based on your dog’s requirements, size and needs. Please contact me for further info.

How do I book?

Call or WhatsApp me on 07741 731 124 or email tony@strikeapawz.co.uk. All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

Where does the treatment take place?

Depending on your location, I am able to travel to you and complete the treatment in your home if preferred. I also have a dedicated room in my house with all the required equipment where you can drop your doggy off. Doggy pick-up and collection can also be arranged at an additional cost.

How long does the treatment take?

This depends on the service and treatments chosen. This will usually be between 60-120 minutes. You will be advised of the approximate timings when you make your booking.

When and how do I pay?

For all treatments over £10, a 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is due on arrival. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged at full price. If you cancel outside of this period, a full refund will be given for any deposits or payments already made.

What if I am unhappy with the finished result?

If you are dissatisfied with the finished results, please let me know immediately. I always strive to offer the best service for each of our customers and are happy to remedy the situation best to ensure you stick with us.
